This range of tableware is handmade from Indonesian oil palm wood. It is an agricultural bi product and the wood has an unusual grain. It has a natural shine due to the polished finish and high oil content in the wood and it can be washed with soap and water. However we recommend it is oiled regularly with a vegetable oil to keep it in good condition
