Hand Cut and Polished Mother of Pearl Salt Spoon 6.5cm
Hand cut from sustainably sourced mother of pearl from pearl farms in the Coral Sea. Mother of Pearl is surprisingly strong and it is naturally impermeable. It has been used for centuries to eat foods with a delicate flavour such as eggs, caviar and shellfish and also for salty foods as it doesn’t tarnish.
