I would like to thank you for all the help you have given me in replacing the broken letter which I ordered, and in sending a spare when the first one didn't arrive. Since my last email, I have now received both letters - the first was delivered to a neighbour by mistake and it has just made its way to me at home. I will return the spare one to you. The graffiti wall on your website certainly made it far easier to play around with placement, and see what the final design would look like. The letters arrived beautifully packaged, and were of a far superior finish to others that I have seen.
