Returns

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order. However, if you do need to return goods please do so within 14 days of receipt with a covering letter, quoting your order number, and we will be happy to refund the original card that you paid with. 
PLEASE WRAP THE ITEMS VERY CAREFULLY IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING as we can only give refunds for goods returned in a resaleable condition.
When returning goods please obtain a proof of posting or send via special delivery.
We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
DELIVERY CHARGES WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED WHERE GOODS ARE FAULTY.
Please notify us within 7 days of any problems or damages.
