Ordering from POSH Graffiti

Before you can place an order you will need to create an account which only takes a few moments and then you will be able to securely store your details for future orders.
After placing the order you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, then for some reason your order is incomplete and will not be able to be processed. You will be notified of this by email at a later date.
You will receive a further email when your parcel has been despatched from the warehouse.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro and Visa Debit/Delta. (Please do not email us your credit card details)
We use Sec pay, the Uk’s leading independent payment service provider. You can be assured that your card details are securely encrypted during transport over the internet so no one can access your card information. The card details are only transported to our bank to authorize your purchase. The actual money is taken when the goods are despatched.
You can also pay by cheque if you prefer.
Delivery
Please note: delivery times apply to all orders placed before 11am. For orders placed after 11am the following day will be the first working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday. (Therefore, if you order on Friday after 11am, Monday is considered the next working day.)
When ordering within the UK, you will be given the opportunity to leave instructions for your postman as to where he can leave the parcel if you happen to be out. The space on the label is limited to only 30 characters. We do not require a signature.
If order is over £75 standard delivery is free, if fast track is required £8 delivery will be charged.

Delivery costs will be added to your order at the checkout. The final total will include VAT at 15% except for non EU countries, again the VAT will be deducted at the checkout.

Stock Availability

We try to hold stock of all products but as everything is handmade on the other side of the world we do sometimes sell out of certain letters or sell out of Christmas Decorations! This year to minimize our CARBON FOOTPRINT we are limiting the amount of stock we bring in by air cargo. Please bear this in mind when ordering.

Returns

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order. However, if you do need to return goods please do so within 14 days of receipt with a covering letter and we will be happy to refund, exchange or issue you with a credit note.

PLEASE WRAP THE ITEMS VERY CAREFULLY IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING and return them to us using insured registered delivery, taking care to retain the receipt.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. DELIVERY CHARGES WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED WHERE GOODS ARE FAULTY.
