Please allow 7 days for delivery.
Your order will be sent by InterLink Courier and you will be notified by email or text on despatch. A signature is required by Interlink Courier on delivery. Delivery will be Mon to Fri (9.00am to 3.30pm) to the ADDRESS SPECIFIED ON THE ORDER. Any change of delivery adddress will incurr a second delivery charge.
If there is no one to receive the parcel on first delivery a card will be left notifying you of the attempted delivery and giving instructions for contacting InterLink to arrange re-delivery.
Two further attempts can be made at no extra charge.
InterLink will then hold the parcel for a further 7 days, if they are not contacted BY YOU it will be returned to our warehouse and re-delivery will be AT YOUR expense.

Stock Availability
We try to hold stock of all products but as everything is handmade on the other side of the world we do sometimes sell out of certain letters or sell out of Christmas Decorations! This year to minimize our CARBON FOOTPRINT we are limiting the amount of stock we bring in by air cargo. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
Returns
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order. However, if you do need to return goods please do so within 14 days of receipt with a covering letter and we will be happy to refund, exchange or issue you with a credit note. PLEASE WRAP THE ITEMS VERY CAREFULLY IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING and return them to us using insured registered delivery, taking care to retain the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. DELIVERY CHARGES WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED WHERE GOODS ARE FAULTY.
